In the afternoon, we kick things off with a liquid tasting right by the lake.

Afterwards - Six courses. Four fish. Zero compromise.
A 6-course dinner built around local fish – char, trout, huchen, whitefish.
Raw. Cured. Poached. Pan-fried.
Paired with wine that doesn’t play nice.
And music by Philipp Egglmeier, who won’t smooth things out – but take them further.

The season highlight.The summer festival dives once a year Mountains on fire the nocturnal Lake Altaussee and the surrounding mountains in Bengal fire.
​
We spoil you with selected dishes and charming service in a relaxed atmosphere.
The onset of darkness is the prelude to the illumination of the mountains surrounding lake Altaussee, the crowning glory and highlight of the event is a firework display over Lake Altaussee.
Please book early enough, we only have limited space!
