Wild narcissi decorate the spring countryside in Ausseerland transfering the idyllic alpine region into a fragrant sea of flowers. The Strandcafe provides you with the prime location for the boat parade at lake Altaussee - apart from the many tourists Altaussee is hosting on this day.

The season highlight. Once a year the summer festival "Mountains in Flames" dips the night Altaussee lake and the surrounding mountains in Bengali fire.
It's that time again in 2016:
We spoil you with selected dishes and charming service in a relaxed atmosphere.
The onset of darkness marks the beginning of the illumination of the Trisselwand, Losergrat and -gipfel, the crowning conclusion and climax of the event is a fireworks display over the Altaussee lake.

For the first time, Altaussee hosts are offering a trip with the char . From host to host and from winemaker to winemaker.
The start is at 6 p.m. in the Berndl restaurant in Marianne Goertz's Villa Salis, then a horse-drawn carriage takes you to Burghard Neumann's Gasthof zum Hirschen , and later you cross the lake to Peter Beuchel's beach cafe - restaurant. With the wine selection of the winemaker and boss of “Wine & Partners” Dorli Mueller , Christian Eidlhuber's music ( Grundlseer Geigenmusi ) , wonderful char creations and a “sunset” on Lake Altaussee, you can round off the evening comfortably.
3 x 3 char interpretations with 3 x 3 harmonious wine tastings, transport by land and water, and the music - an unforgettable evening with unusual char and wine combinations in special locations.

Start at 6 p.m. at the beach cafe. Go straight to the Platten and start in the middle of Lake Altaussee with a greeting from the kitchen. We continue to the most beautiful places on the lake with exciting wine-fish combinations and finally back to the beach cafe at sunset.
The Perfect Match are a series of planned wine events by wine lovers for wine lovers, hosted by Agora Vino. Leo Kiem, boss of “Agora Vino” , leads his successful wine tour with “ The Perfect Match” , which has already brought him to great places like the Mochi, Pramerl & der Wolf and the Guest House, in the middle of Austria!
The wines are commented on with a lot of specialist knowledge and humor and are brought closer to the guests on an equal footing.

Presenting the music of "verschfuXt" is not easy, probably not possible. Fortunately not necessary either, their following does that for the band.
The 10th anniversary of ausfuxt is a reason for the beach cafe to offer a menu that must not be good and inconspicuous, but must follow the music of ausfuxt in a weird and unconventional way.
We invite you to a unique evening in the beach cafe:
